Delivery & Reservations

KYREC will clearly distinguish a refundable place-in-line reservation from the purchase and delivery of a finished product.

LAST UPDATED · 8 AUGUST 2026

Current position: KYREC does not currently offer Nova Rover or Stan Orbit as finished products for immediate purchase, dispatch or guaranteed delivery.

1. What an A$20 reservation means

If the planned Nova Rover reservation is activated, the A$20 payment records the customer's interest and may establish priority for a future purchase invitation. It is:

  • not payment for a finished Nova Rover;
  • not a shipping or delivery charge;
  • not a guarantee that production will occur by a particular date; and
  • fully refundable before voluntary conversion to a later product order.

2. No automatic balance charge

A reservation will not authorise KYREC to automatically charge the remaining product price. Before any conversion to a full order, the customer must receive the available final specifications, price, expected delivery information, shipping costs, warranty information and order terms, then separately choose whether to proceed.

3. Release estimates and updates

Hardware development depends on prototypes, component availability, testing, safety, certification, manufacturing and support readiness. Any estimate is a good-faith planning estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date. Material changes to a reservation program will be communicated using the contact details supplied at checkout.

4. Cancelling a reservation

A reservation can be cancelled under the Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Email hello@kyrec.au with the Square receipt or transaction reference to request the refund.

5. Digital delivery

Where a checkout expressly sells digital learning material or access, delivery may be made through a confirmation page, email, download link or customer account after successful payment. The checkout will state what is delivered and any expected activation time. Customers should provide an accurate email address and check spam or junk folders before contacting support.

6. Future physical delivery

Before KYREC accepts a full physical product order, the checkout will identify available delivery locations, shipping costs, any carrier options, an estimated dispatch window and relevant restrictions. KYREC expects to begin with supported Australian delivery areas and will not promise international delivery until it is operationally available.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If an address needs correction, contact hello@kyrec.au promptly. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

7. Delays, loss or damage

If a future physical shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact KYREC with the order number and evidence reasonably needed to investigate. Remedies will be provided in line with the Australian Consumer Law and the delivery terms accepted for that order.
