Support must be age-appropriate, clearly bounded and designed never to manipulate, shame or exploit vulnerability.

The design goal is useful patterns and structured events, not a raw archive of private conversations or personal stories for sale.
Safety first
Credible immediate danger should move toward trusted human help with the minimum necessary alert, never a public or automated judgement.
Local-first intelligence
Process on supported family hardware first where practical. Use cloud services only when a chosen feature genuinely needs them.
No transcript retention
Audio recording is not the default. The planned principle is to keep helpful summaries or patterns, not private talk word for word.
Families stay in control
Calendar, photos, location and voice need clear permissions. People should be able to see, pause, export and delete supported data.
No hidden surveillance. No data selling. No automatic important decisions. No replacing parents, carers, professionals or emergency services.
